Having problem with Xero Authorisation in IntegraPay and it gives you following error: “Authorisation failed. Please click the button below to retry the process. If your authorisation fails again please contact IntegraPay and we will help you through the authorisation process”
We have an easy fix for you. This error is caused by your bank accounts in Xero not having an account code. An account code is simply an identifier that can be used to group similar or frequently used accounts together in your Chart of Accounts. There is no one 'right' code for each account, moreover, you don’t have to have one in Xero. However, you have to in order to integrate IntegraPay.
So go ahead to Settings / General Settings
Than go to Chart of Accounts under Organisation
Click on a bank account without number
Enter a number and click Save:
Get back to IntegraPay, refresh the page (F5 in Windows) and try Authorisation again.
