Online Xero Training and/or Support Sessions
Comprehensive training and/or support in any aspect of Xero that you might need. (Help with basic Xero setup, Debtor management, account reconciliation, Payroll, Superannuation, Invoicing and Quoting, Bills and Purchase Orders, BAS and other reports ).
We use Zoom to conduct our online training sessions and will provide the details for you to log in once you have confirmed your booking. We are happy to come to you if you are within a 45 min drive of our Nundah office. (If you are interstate or further afield and would like us to make a special visit please let us know). Or if you prefer, you can come to our office for the online price.
(Please note, training can be made specific to your business accounts but does not extend to bookkeeping and accounting training or advice or repairing data within your file)
Online 1 hr session - $115*
On site 1 hr session - $175*

Xero - Find and Fix Session (otherwise known as rescue and repair)
This is a 2 hour deep dive into your Xero file when you know something just isn't right and you need a system expert to look at it with you. Together we will identify what you need to do to correct the issues? We'll teach you how to make the corrections and provide you with a plan so you can do it yourself if it is something we can't do immediately during the session. After the session we will email you a list of everything that still needs to be covered for you to either work on yourself, or we can provide a quote to complete the changes for you.
Using Zoom screen sharing, we get you to log into your own Xero file and we guide you through key areas with you checking what errors are in there and what changes need to be made.
2 hr Session - $275*
General Support package
If you don't want a managed service to do your bookkeeping for you but do need the peace of mind that you have an expert to call on whenever you have a question or need some training. We even let you talk to a real person :)
Up to one hour of remote support per month $90*
Up to two hours of remote support per month $160*
NB: Time does not roll over each month if support is not used.
Upon booking you will be asked to authorise a monthly DDR so there is no need to worry about paying every month
Managed Bookkeeping and BAS Packages
Fixed-fee monthly packages where you can choose to do as little or as much of your bookkeeping as you choose.
File Conversion and Xero Setup
Whether you are converting from MYOB, Quickbooks (Reckon), or other software or if you are starting from scratch, we have simple conversion options for all businesses. (We do suggest you also take a training &/or support package to get you up to speed if you or your team are going to be using any part of Xero yourselves.)
Just remember “garbage in, garbage out”. Meaning whatever state your current file is in, that is how it will be converted in Xero. So make sure everything is up to date!
Integration and Implementation
This is what we're best at. Simplifying and streamlining your operational processes and systems and where possible integrating with your financial system so there is no double entry and everything is in the cloud. We partner with a number of cloud software providers who we consider to be best of breed. We are certified experts in each of these systems and have done a number of implementations....

One on One Cashflow Coaching
Face to face session with one of our senior Bookkeepers to help you understand your financial reports, create meaningful KPI's or just talk about ways to improve your cashflow.
Are you the kind of person that makes sure all the compliance is done (by you or us) but never takes the time (or makes the time) to look at your reports let alone make head or tail of them? Would it make a difference if you had an expert sitting beside you helping you to at least look at the relevant points and hash out ways of improving? If so then this session is for you.
This session is as free flowing as you need it to be. From analysing your P&L to putting together a KPI report, it's totally up to you.
1 hr session - $150* (online)

Monthly 1 hr sessions - $125 (online, must be on DDr)

Our training is usually done online via Zoom or Google hangout with screen sharing. (We can record Zoom sessions for you to review later). You can have any number of your team participate, or just yourself.
For general support you can use Zoom, Hangout, phone or email.
