Key Claiming Rules
Unlike many other NDIS supports, the Linen Service has specific requirements that must be met before a provider can claim for it.
Subject to Quotation: This support item does not have a set price limit in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements. Instead, providers must provide a quote for the service, which must be approved as part of the participant's plan.
Stated Item in Plan: A provider can only claim for this support if it is specifically listed (a "stated item") in the participant's NDIS plan. General Core funding cannot be used for this service unless it is explicitly stated.
Some activities can be delivered without the participant percent
Some providers can charge participants for the time it takes them to travel and deliver support
