This line item is used for claiming Short Term Accommodation (STA), including respite care, for a single participant with a 1:1 staff-to-participant ratio for a 24-hour period on a Saturday.

Some activities can be delivered without the participant percent
Some providers can charge participants for the time it takes them to travel and deliver support
