This ensures participants continue to receive the necessary level of care away from home, particularly when they require overnight supports or when local support workers are unavailable near the short-term accommodation location.

Inclusions
* Worker Room Rates: Covers the physical accommodation cost for a support worker required to stay on-site to deliver overnight or continuous care.
* Location Flexibility: Applicable when accessing short-term accommodation away from home, generally within the participant's home state or territory (or neighboring regions for remote areas).
* Consistency of Support: Allows the support worker to remain at the location to provide the exact overnight support the participant usually receives.

Exclusions
* Support Worker Time: This line item strictly covers the accommodation component; the actual hours worked or support delivered must be billed under separate personal assistance or core support line items.
* Holiday Accommodation: Cannot be used to fund support worker accommodation for overseas holidays, tourist travel, or cruises.
* Worker Meals and Living Costs: Excludes the support worker's day-to-day expenses, such as food, groceries, or dining out while at the accommodation.
* Independent Transport: Does not cover transport costs if the participant or support worker can travel independently.
