Line item 01_252_0115_1_1 provides funding for Short Term Accommodation High Intensity Weekday Daytime support. This ensures participants with complex medical or behavioural needs receive care from appropriately trained support workers during weekday daytime hours, while giving their primary informal supports a mutually rewarding break.

Inclusions
* Specialised Daytime Support: Covers daytime weekday support for high intensity needs, such as complex bowel care, enteral feeding, severe dysphagia management, tracheostomy management, and complex wound management.
* Behavioural Support: Funds intensive or complex positive behaviour support delivered by appropriately trained workers, including the use of authorised restrictive practices if required and managed by registered providers.
* Daily Activities: Includes assistance with everyday tasks like getting ready for the day, eating, drinking, and personal care.
* Community Access: Covers the support worker's time to help the participant take part in community, cultural, or social activities during the daytime.

Exclusions
* Standard Level Care: This line item is strictly for high intensity needs; standard support should be billed under standard short-term accommodation line items.
* Holidays and Travel: Cannot be used to fund support during holidays, tourist travel, cruises, or overseas trips.
* Activity and Event Costs: Excludes the actual cost of activities, such as entrance fees, equipment, memberships, or event tickets.
* Meals and Groceries: Does not cover everyday living costs like buying meals, groceries, or dining out during the daytime activities.
