Line item 01_253_0115_1_1 provides funding for Short Term Accommodation High Intensity Weekday Evening support. It is designed for participants with complex medical or behavioural needs who require support from appropriately trained staff during weekday evening hours, while their primary informal supports take a break.

Inclusions
* Complex Evening Care: Covers specialized support during weekday evenings for participants requiring high intensity care, such as enteral feeding, severe dysphagia management, tracheostomy care, or complex wound care.
* Behavioural Interventions: Supports participants needing intensive positive behaviour support, delivered by trained staff and authorized registered providers where required.
* Routine Evening Tasks: Assists with dinner preparation, eating, drinking, personal hygiene, and settling into an evening routine.
* Evening Social Support: Funds support worker time to assist participants in accessing local evening social or community activities.

Exclusions
* Active Overnight Shifts: Covers weekday evening hours only; active overnight monitoring or sleepover arrangements must be billed under the correct overnight line items.
* Meals and Dining: Does not fund food, groceries, or restaurant meals, which remain standard day-to-day living expenses.
* Holiday Travel: Cannot be applied toward holiday accommodation, tours, or travel costs.
* Out-of-Pocket Activity Expenses: Excludes entrance fees, event tickets, or activity costs incurred during evening outings.
