Line item 01_254_0115_1_1 provides funding for Short Term Accommodation High Intensity Weekday Night care. It supports participants with complex medical, high intensity daily personal, or behavioural needs who require active, specialized support throughout weekday night hours, ensuring primary informal supports receive a sustained break.

Inclusions
* Active Overnight Care: Covers continuous, active support during weekday nights for complex needs, including tracheostomy care, ventilator management, complex bowel care, or frequent subcutaneous injections.
* Specialised Behaviour Support: Includes overnight monitoring and intervention for participants needing intensive positive behaviour support, delivered by trained staff following approved plans.
* Night-time Routines: Assists with getting into bed, positional changes throughout the night, severe dysphagia management, or active assistance to return to sleep.
* Informal Carer Respite: Helps sustain the capacity of primary informal supports by taking over active overnight caring duties.

Exclusions
* Inactive Sleepovers: Excludes standard sleepover arrangements where a support worker sleeps through the night; inactive stays should be billed under standard sleepover line items.
* Daytime Hours: Strictly covers the weekday night shift; daytime or evening support hours must be claimed under their respective time-band line items.
* Holiday Accommodation: Cannot be used for tourist travel, holiday bookings, or overseas trips.
* Everyday Expenses: Excludes food, groceries, and personal living expenses incurred during the stay.
