It allows participants with complex medical or behavioural support needs to access trained assistance across Saturday daytime and evening hours, ensuring their primary informal supports receive a planned, temporary break.

Inclusions
* Weekend Complex Support: Covers high-intensity care delivered on Saturdays, including complex wound care, severe dysphagia management, enteral feeding, or catheter care.
* Behavioural Interventions: Supports participants who require intensive positive behaviour support from appropriately trained workers using authorised strategies.
* Personal Care & Routines: Assists with everyday tasks like getting ready, eating, drinking, personal hygiene, and maintaining weekend daily routines.
* Saturday Community Access: Covers support worker hours to help participants access Saturday community, cultural, or social activities.

Exclusions
* Standard Care Rates: Applies strictly to high-intensity care; participants without complex medical or behavioural needs must use standard short-term accommodation line items.
* Activity & Entry Fees: Does not pay for event tickets, entertainment, equipment, or entry fees incurred during Saturday outings.
* Meals & Groceries: Excludes the cost of buying food, restaurant meals, or groceries, which are standard day-to-day living expenses.
* Holidays & Travel: Cannot be used for tourist travel, holiday accommodation, or airfares.
