Line item 01_256_0115_1_1 provides funding for Short Term Accommodation High Intensity Sunday care. It enables participants with complex health or behavioural needs to receive specialized support from appropriately trained workers throughout Sunday hours, giving their primary informal supports a necessary break.

Inclusions
* Sunday Complex Care: Covers high-intensity personal and medical support on Sundays, such as enteral feeding, tracheostomy care, complex bowel care, or severe dysphagia management.
* Specialised Behaviour Support: Covers trained worker support for participants requiring intensive positive behaviour support, including authorised restrictive practices where managed by registered providers.
* Daily Support & Routines: Assists with everyday tasks including getting ready for the day, mealtime support, personal hygiene, and Sunday daily routines.
* Community Participation: Funds support worker time to assist participants in accessing Sunday community, social, or cultural activities.

Exclusions
* Standard Level Care: Restricted to high-intensity needs; standard care requirements should be claimed under standard short-term accommodation line items.
* Out-of-Pocket Activity Costs: Excludes entrance fees, event tickets, equipment hire, or activity expenses incurred on Sunday outings.
* Food & Meals: Excludes costs for food, groceries, meal delivery, or dining out, as these are everyday living expenses.
* Holidays & Travel: Cannot be used for holiday travel, cruises, airfares, or tourist accommodation.
