Required Experience: Recovery Coaches are required to have professional mental health knowledge and must meet minimum qualification standards, typically a Certificate IV in Mental Health or Mental Health Peer Work, and/or two years of experience in the field. Coaches may also have lived experience, using their personal journey to inform their work.
