Where a support item does not have a price limit then the provider and participant should agree on the reasonable price for the support. If necessary, they should also agree on the billing schedule for the support. In the NDIS Support Catalogue marked under empty type.
Line Item Description
This line item is used for "Plan Management - Financial Administration Supports". It is a monthly fee that allows a participant to engage a Plan Manager.
The fee covers the ongoing maintenance of the financial management arrangements for a participant's plan. This service includes:
Assisting the participant to manage and monitor their budgets over the course of the plan.
Managing the participant's NDIS claims.
Paying providers for the services they have delivered.
Maintaining records.
Producing regular statements (at least monthly) that show the financial position of the plan.
Claiming Rules
This support item is claimed using a "Month" unit of measure. It can be delivered to individual participants subject to the rules set out in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
