Line item 15_615_0118_1_3_PT allows Registered Music Therapists (RMTs) to claim travel time when traveling to deliver early childhood intervention supports to young participants in natural environments, such as their home, school, or early learning center.

What Can Be Claimed
* Provider Travel Time: Travel time spent traveling directly to and from a scheduled face-to-face music therapy session in community settings like homes, early childhood centers, or schools.
* Shared Travel Time: Travel time apportioned proportionately among participants when a therapist visits multiple participants on the same sequential trip.
* Non-Labor Travel Costs: Direct travel-related expenses such as road tolls, parking fees, or mileage allowances per kilometer, provided these costs are agreed upon in advance.

Provider & Delivery Requirements
* Qualifications: Associated with therapy delivered by a Registered Music Therapist (RMT) registered with the Australian Music Therapy Association.
* Prior Service Agreement: Travel terms, estimated travel time, and non-labor expenses must be explicitly agreed upon in advance within the signed service agreement.
* NDIS Travel Caps: Claims must adhere to regional travel limits and maximum billing timeframes outlined in current NDIS pricing rules.
* Excluded Supports: General administrative travel, travel between provider office locations, or travel associated with non-NDIS funded services cannot be claimed.
