‘Notional Unit Price’ Support Line Item is a type of line items under NDIS Pricing Arrangements. Supports are not subject to a price limit and $1.00 is not the maximum price to be charged for a unit, it is how a claim is made to the NDIA.Each of the Notional Unit Prices might have their own pricing limits.

Line Item Description

What is NDIS Line Item 01_799_0132_1_1?
This NDIS line item is used to claim for the non-labour costs associated with provider travel. It specifically applies when a provider is travelling to deliver face-to-face supports under the Specialised Support Coordination category (Registration Group 0132).

Non-labour costs are expenses incurred during travel, separate from the support worker's time. This line item allows providers to be reimbursed for these additional out-of-pocket expenses when they have been agreed upon with the participant beforehand.

What Costs are Covered?
This line item covers additional costs that a provider might incur while travelling to a participant. According to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements, reasonable contributions can be claimed for:

Vehicle Running Costs: Up to $0.99 per kilometre for a vehicle owned by the provider or the worker.

Other Associated Costs: Up to the full amount for expenses such as road tolls, parking fees, and public transport fares.
